Our 2023 rankings named University of North Texas the most popular school in the Southwest Region for information science students working on their doctor’s degree. Located in the medium-sized city of Denton, UNT is a public college with a very large student population.

The in-demand doctor’s degree programs at Baylor University helped the school earn the #3 place on this year’s ranking of the most popular information science schools in the Southwest Region . Baylor is a fairly large private not-for-profit school located in the midsize city of Waco.
