Our 2023 rankings named Western Governors University the most popular school in the Rocky Mountains Region for information technology students working on their bachelor’s degree. WGU is a fairly large private not-for-profit school located in the large suburb of Salt Lake City.

Of the 1,711 students majoring in IT at WGU, 93% are male and 7% are female.

While working on their Bachelor's Degree, IT majors at WGU accumulate an average of around $18,645 in student debt.
