To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the Information Technology program at each school on the list.

Our analysis found American Public University System to be the most popular school for information technology students who want to pursue a bachelor’s degree in the Southeast Region . Located in the fringe town of Charles Town, American Military University is a private for-profit school with a very large student population.

Women make up 16% of the IT majors at the school.

IT majors at American Military University take out an average of $27,474 in student loans while working on their Bachelor's Degree.

Virginia Beach, VA

A rank of #2 on this year’s list means ECPI University is a great place for information technology students working on their bachelor’s degree. Located in the large city of Virginia Beach, ECPI University is a private for-profit college with a large student population.
