Our analysis found Brigham Young University - Idaho to be the most popular school for computer science students who want to pursue a associate degree in Idaho. This large private not-for-profit school is located in Rexburg, Idaho, and it awarded 90 associate degrees in 2020-2021.
By the time they get their associate degree, students from this school have racked up an average of $10,200 in student loans. Around 26% of those degree recipients were women.
You may have the opportunity to take online classes at BYU - I. Of all the undergraduates enrolled at the school during the 2019-2020 academic year, around 82% took at least some of their classes online.
You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend College of Western Idaho. It ranked #2 on our 2023 Most Popular Computer Science Associate Degree Schools in Idaho list. Located in Nampa, Idaho, the fairly large public school handed out 72 associate degree awards in 2020-2021.

Idaho State University landed the #7 spot in the 2023 rankings for the most popular associate degree computer science programs. This fairly large public school is located in Pocatello, Idaho, and it awarded 8 associate degrees in 2020-2021.
The average in-state tuition and fees for students at ISU is $7,872. Those students who come from outside the state pay an average of $25,326. By the time they get their associate degree, students from this school have racked up an average of $28,892 in student loans. Around 13% of those degree recipients were women.
ISU does offer online classes for certain degree levels. During the 2019-2020 year, about 61% of the undergraduates at the school took at least one online course.
