Our 2023 rankings named Georgia Institute of Technology - Main Campus the most popular school in Georgia for computer science students working on their doctor’s degree. Georgia Institute of Technology - Main Campus is a large public school located in Atlanta, Georgia that handed out 76 doctor’s degrees in 2020-2021.
Around 20% of those degree recipients were women.
Georgia Tech does offer online graduate classes for certain degree levels. To give an idea of how popular online courses are at the school, 88% of graduates took at least one course online in 2019-2020.
The excellent doctor’s degree programs at Georgia State University helped the school earn the #2 place on this year’s ranking of the most popular computer science schools in Georgia.
