The average amount in student loans that compsci majors at UMCP take out while working on their Bachelor's Degree is $20,305. For students who choose a 10-year repayment plan, the average monthly student loan payment is $307.

The in-demand bachelor’s degree programs at University of Maryland - Baltimore County helped the school earn the #2 place on this year’s ranking of the most popular computer science schools in Maryland. UMBC is a fairly large public school located in the suburb of Baltimore.

Of the 275 students majoring in compsci at UMBC, 79% are male and 21% are female.

CompSci majors at UMBC take out an average of $21,931 in student loans while working on their Bachelor's Degree. Assuming that a graduate chooses a 10-year repayment plan, the average monthly loan payment is $290.

Out of the 10 schools in Maryland that were part of this year’s ranking, Towson University landed the # 3 spot on the list. Towson is a fairly large public school located in the small city of Towson.

Of the 145 students majoring in compsci at Towson, 82% are male and 18% are female.
