To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the Information Science program at each school on the list.

Our 2023 rankings named University of Maryland Global Campus the most popular school in the Middle Atlantic Region for information science students working on their undergraduate certificate. Located in the suburb of Adelphi, UMGC is a public school with a fairly large student population.

Of the 110 students majoring in IS at UMGC, 80% are male and 20% are female.

The average amount in student loans that IS majors at UMGC take out while working on their Undergraduate Certificate is $24,066.
