Located in the fringe town of Charles Town, American Military University is a private for-profit college with a very large student population.

A rank of #2 on this year’s list means ECPI University is a great place for information technology students working on their online bachelor’s degree. Located in the city of Virginia Beach, ECPI University is a private for-profit college with a fairly large student population.
