This report analyzed 56 schools in the Southeast Region to see which ones were the most popular master's degree programs for computer science students. To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the Information Technology program at each school on the list.

Top 10 Most Popular Information Technology Master's Degree Schools
Our analysis found Campbellsville University to be the most popular school for information technology students who want to pursue a master’s degree in the Southeast Region . Campbellsville University is a fairly large private not-for-profit school located in the distant town of Campbellsville.

Located in the town of Charles Town, American Military University is a private for-profit college with a very large student population.
About 17% of the students majoring in IT at the school are women while 83% are male.

Located in the small suburb of Charlottesville, University of Virginia is a public school with a very large student population.

Out of the 56 schools in the Southeast Region that were part of this year’s ranking, Savannah College of Art and Design landed the # 5 spot on the list. SCAD is a fairly large private not-for-profit school located in the city of Savannah.
Of the 57 students majoring in IT at SCAD, 42% are male and 58% are female.
ECPI University did quite well in this year’s ranking of the most popular places for information technology students to get a master’s degree. It came in at #6 on the list. Located in the city of Virginia Beach, ECPI University is a private for-profit college with a large student population.

North Carolina A & T State University came in at #7 in this year’s edition of the Most Popular Information Technology Master’s Degree Schools in the Southeast Region ranking. NC A&T is a large public school located in the city of Greensboro.

With a ranking of #8, Georgia Institute of Technology - Main Campus did quite well on this year’s most popular schools for information technology students working on their master’s degree. Located in the large city of Atlanta, Georgia Tech is a public school with a fairly large student population.
