To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the Computer Science program at each school on the list.

Our analysis found University of California - Irvine to be the most popular school for computer science students who want to pursue a bachelor’s degree in California. UC Irvine is a very large public school located in the large city of Irvine.

Of the 822 students majoring in compsci at UC Irvine, 78% are male and 22% are female.

The average amount in student loans that compsci majors at UC Irvine take out while working on their Bachelor's Degree is $16,455. Assuming that a graduate chooses a 10-year repayment plan, the average monthly loan payment is $177.
