This report analyzed 14 schools in Washington to see which ones were the most popular bachelor's degree programs for computer science students. To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the Computer Science program at each school on the list.

The colleges and universities below are the most popular for compsci majors pursuing a bachelor's degree.

Our 2023 rankings named University of Washington - Seattle Campus the most popular school in Washington for computer science students working on their bachelor’s degree. Located in the large city of Seattle, UW Seattle is a public college with a fairly large student population.

Of the 417 students majoring in compsci at UW Seattle, 71% are male and 29% are female.

CompSci majors at UW Seattle take out an average of $18,015 in student loans while working on their Bachelor's Degree. Assuming that a graduate chooses a 10-year repayment plan, the average monthly loan payment is $218.

Out of the 14 schools in Washington that were part of this year’s ranking, University of Washington - Bothell Campus landed the # 2 spot on the list. UW Bothell is a moderately-sized public school located in the large suburb of Bothell.

Of the 224 students majoring in compsci at UW Bothell, 79% are male and 21% are female.

CompSci majors at UW Bothell take out an average of $18,015 in student loans while working on their Bachelor's Degree. Assuming that a graduate chooses a 10-year repayment plan, the average monthly loan payment is $218.

Out of the 14 schools in Washington that were part of this year’s ranking, Washington State University landed the # 3 spot on the list. Wazzu is a fairly large public school located in the distant town of Pullman.

Women make up 13% of the compsci majors at the school.

After completing their Bachelor's Degree, compsci graduates from Wazzu carry an average student debt load of $22,017. The average monthly payment of a loan this size is about $150, assuming that the borrower is on a 10-year repayment plan.

Seattle, WA

A rank of #4 on this year’s list means Seattle University is a great place for computer science students working on their bachelor’s degree. Located in the large city of Seattle, Seattle U is a private not-for-profit school with a moderately-sized student population.
